Last night just before I went to bed I noticed the vent on my female convict was protruding out like an 1/8" and that she was getting a little fat or chubby. This morning she has laid quite a few eggs. I just wanted to ask and make sure that the protruding vent was normal? If not I was thinking something along the lines of internal parasite, infection or even prolapse. Thanks for the help.

Very good to know. Since this morning it looks like it has gotten a little smaller and since she laid the eggs she skinned up too.
