convicts and cory

is it okay to leave my cory in my convict tank. im afraid that the cory will eat the eggs when the cons spawn

i wouldnt put a cory in a con tank. its like putting a baby in a tiger cage. you know wat i mean right? cons are very protective. i once put my hand in the tank and the daddy bit me

I would'nt worry about the cory's eating the con's eggs. The con's will most likely kill the cory's. Their mean little buggers.

cons are very protective parents and will attack anything,
my 2"cons used to attack my 8" oscari ts better to remove the cory from the convicts tank

From what I've heard from other threads you'll basicly kill the cory. Don't do that.

I don't know...I got 4 various cories in one of my cichlid tanks. They all leave the cories alone. I think what helped is I had the cories before the cichlids.
