Convicts and Guppies

i recently sold 8 adult convicts and 100 of their fry. i left about 4 fry in my 15 gallon tank. the fry are almost 1/2 '' big now. i was wondering if i could get 6 guppies for the tank. do convicts get along with guppies?

no, the guppies will not last long.

How large is the tank? The guppys will mostly stay at the top. So you might be ok.

Convicts will see guppies as food... right now, the guppies may be too large for the baby Convicts to eat or to fast for them to catch... but eventually... The Convicts will eat the guppies...

Odds are the guppies will eventually be feeders for the convicts. I wouldn't chance it.

ok that's good i asked before i went out and bought them! ill take them out and freeze them and try to feed them to my bichirs and ray. the tank is a 15 gallon 24'' 12'' 12''
