Convicts spawned!

i know its not very exciting to alot of people but it is for me because it my first time breeding egg layers. i've breed livebearers before. the mothers sooooo beautiful with her orange belly and vibrant dark bars

Im guessing 2" pair? Whats strange is that convicts are cave spawners, and although I know they will spawn on ANYTHING, bar fish, the have a nice pot next to them, yet they choose a place were the eggs are out in the open. Looks to be 150 eggs.
 
Good for you! What are you going to do with the fry?

ya i thought theyd spawn in the pot, oh well

Granted some fish are a lot harder than others to spawn but that in no way diminishes the expierance....

Congrats. But seriously, I would have some doubts if convicts of the opposite sex didn't spawn :)
