convicts: two females?

Sorry, but yes you do have 2 females. Only the females have that orange belly.
 
Hey atleast cons aren't that pricey, you shouldn't find it too hard to find a male in your LFS. And who knows maybe they'll do a swap for a male.

thats not entirely true. healthy, well-developed males also develop a slight orange belly, but its not as apparent as the females. mine has noticable orange
 
By well developed you mean large? Well this is only true in a small percentage of male cons. My 2.5" male has about 3 peices of gold the size of a pinhead on his stomach. But you have 2 females. Trade in the smaller female for a male con.

ok so i traded in one of the females for a male but the problem is im not sure if its a male yet cuz its only 1.5". the female in the tank is chasing the new convict in the tank...is this bad? does this mean its another female?
