Convicts (with a manual lens)

Camera is a Nikon D60. Lens is a Lester A. Dine 105mm f2.8. Using a SB-600 wirelessly over the tank.
Settings were something like ISO 100, 1/160 a sec, at F8 to F11. Flash was set to 1/1.
Convicts are had to get a proper exposure with as they're pretty dark and the background is dark. I need to keep messing with this lens.
