id say yes but cant be posetive tell him to do a water change and efill with 70 degree water and he will know if they are a pair in a week.lol but ya if they are a pair they will allways be together and soon lay eggs.

They look like they paired up, but they also both look like males. But the video quality makes it hard to tell.
