Are you serious? If you don't want the responsibilty of taking care of your fish the RIGHT way and doing proper maintenance and water changes maybe you should find a new hobby. The fish really don't deserve to live in sub par conditions. Also a 55 and a 29 would take maybe an hour at best to do a good water change once a week and replace the filters every 2 - 3 weeks. I do a 50% every week on a 30 long a 75 and a 125 and its not really that hard. I mean you cant spare 1 single hour once a week to take care of your fish.:irked::confused::irked:

i cant pay for it ok? i didnt ask for u to judge me im just asking for my question answered.

forsaken. Just so you know the 29 and 55 comments were not directed towards you. I was just using it as reference for this guy who thinks the health and well being of his fish is too much work. :irked: :banhim:

I was in no way trying to judge you I am just mad at the guy that said it was too much work. Sorry for the confusion man I was not trying to put you down in any way forsaken. sorry man

my pet stores dont take them back

If they breed youre in trouble. If you dont want that you should get rid of one of them. My lfs wont take them either but you can talk them into taking one. Just tell them youre not looking to sell it and dont even want credit.

sry crenicichlacrazy rough day...anyway keep the ideas a flowin

maybe a pleco(he will eat the fry when the lights go off and this could reduce aggression).

I'm starting to really dislike taking the babies out every three weeks or so.. I have a breeding pair of convicts, plus about 6 of thier young ones from their first batch. There's a GT (5-6")thats twice the size of the Male and over 3x the size of the female.. they still keep the GT, 4 Danios and everyone else away from thier side of the 135g tank I have them in. Would a Pleco really eat the eggs as stated above?

I have a couple of syno's in there already and they don't do squat to the eggs. I wait until they swim out in the open, suck them out and put em back later a little at a time. Danio's love em.

you could get something that would eat the convicts

i never said i don't want to take the responsibility ... i have a 125, 29, and a 10 which i do weekly water changes in, but you have to admit, an extra 2 tanks is MORE WORK! damn.
