Cooking red devils

I am also a proponent of not eating your pets, but it's much better than the people that dump them in local waterways.

I think that thats not the best idea because all of the chemicals and medications as well as pollutants the fish has been exposed over its lifetime are prolly still in the flesh (ie mercury). But then again on second thought, I think that maybe you should eat it. Be sure to post a thread on it with step by step pictures. Then keep us updated if you feel any ill effects.Also update if you have kids in the future, and any maladies they might happen to have. It would be cool for us. Might not be for you, but think of the impact you would make here.
