Cool or Uncool?

It looks cool, and you could conceivably do water changes but it would be WAY too hard to siphon.
Eventually matter would build up at the bottom of the tank and you'd end up with lots of waste.

I also don't like they way they advertised it as only has to be cleaned once a month, but I guess that has nothing to do with the actual tank since it's up to the owner to maintain it.

There were no filtration specs or anything either, so for all I know the filtration isn't adequate for much of anything.

I agree, but part of me thinks that if someone bought a fish tank like that and had it on their wall as opposed to on a stand in a bedroom or the basement they'd hopefully be a bit more inclined to keep it clean even if they're not already a caring fish keeper. I personally don't care much for it as it looks like it wouldn't be worth the hassle and the fact they said it's only 4 inches deep...

It looks cool, but it doesn't really seem like that great of an idea. It's not enough room for a good looking community tank, IMO.

very cool but I'm guessing people who own them don't do water changes. "I clean it once a month"

Cool idea, but bad form. The whole thing just screams bad idea to me, nifty or not.
