I'm planning on setting up a 60g tank cool water tank (60-70F) and I was seeing if anyone knew of a pleco that can handle those cooler temps?

His tank is 60g. That's not an option.

if u want to move on from regular pleco.. try Chocolate...

i've seen them survive cooler water temperature..... anything else.. and u can't..

U COULD try to find a albino common pleco... it does pop up now and then.. but not cheap mind u...

I've also heard that common bristlenose plecos adapt very well to a wide range of water conditions. I'm not too sure about temps, though - it might be worth looking into.

I can personally vouch for rubber plecos being a good coolwater fish.

i really wouldn't risk having a brislenose in cool water.. they are fancy pleco and demanding fish... do some research on them before getting it.. i'll save u the money of replacing a dead fish...

I did suggest looking into it. And for a "fancy" pleco, BNs are very easy to keep. Much hardier than ANY other fancy pleco I've had. It was just a suggestion to explore. If it turns out that they don't adapt to cool water, rubber plecs will definitely do.
