my old 55 was awesome, i had a nice collection of oddball fish that all got along and look awesome together, 1 red parrot, 1 blue acura, 1 butterfly fish, 2 giant danio, 2 blue ram, 2 peacock eels, 5 kuhli loachs, 1 bumblebee cat, and a few zebra and leopard danio. i think im missing one or two fish its hard to remember. it was a really nice set up. add some live plants and some rocks it was my best set up ever, till my heater cracked and let some liquid out and killed all my fish and plants.

Hmmm...I like mine. I always try for a more natural looking tank. What would be really cool is to pick which type of fish you're going to put in it, and make the environment coincide with the fishes natural habitat. For instance, I have African cichilds in mine. I didn't quite do this, but if I were to do it again, I probably would. Pick a lake that is popular for cichlids, i.e. Lake Malawi and choose cichlids only from there. Get some rock and make caves and other formations. Get only plants that are found in Lake Malawi. I think that would be really cool.
This is my 55 althoigh I just took it all down and moved it to a 75. My 55 will now be my discus tank.
