Believe your talking about rainbow dace? Both zimmerman's and Jonahs aquarium carry them

Should be fairly easy you to order them from a multitude of online suppliers then.

The aforementioned Zimmerman's and Jonahs aquarium are both good places to start. Aquabid would most likely have them as well.

A few months ago I got 21 hovering zebra loaches which are wonderfully entertaining.

The Javanese ricefish they are in with are one of my very favourite fish. They weren't a good combination btw.

They’re actually not easy to find. Imperial Tropicals is where I got mine and they came in healthy. Just checked and it looks like they still have some available. They look cool in general but when they color up, NOTHING is as beautiful. Check some YouTube vids...they’re unbelievable. They’re my favorite dither fish in my pleco setups and I especially love tightly they school, not shoal
