You can't beat a group of Congo Tetras but I'm not sure if they would go well with the neons.

Tiger barbs are one of my all time favorite small schooling fish

Giant danios are about the most active schooling fish out there. I'd recommend creek chubs but they're native and not sure how they'd do with Corys, mine are always parallel schooling in the current and beg for food.

Rummynose tetra are great schoolers. I also like Harlequin Rasboras and Dennison barbs. However, Dennisons would get too big for that tank.

I'd suggest rummy nose tetra. Mine stay in a fairly tight school even in a small tank. Also penguin and glow lights tetras are tight schoolers. Heads up most these crappy acclimating, I always get a few die off first few days then they are solid. Danios are cool too and use upper level, but I find they nag my neons, chase them a lot.Just my 2 cents.

I second that. They school tighter than most other schooling fish I've seen. You just need to make sure that you have ~10+ of them and have no slow moving long finned fish that they might pester.

I think white clouds look good, active.they get overlooked
