Cop kicks and beats man with Dementia

You see videos like this and you wonder why alot of people hate and fear police. This guy purposely turns off his dash-cam but didn't do it right.

It is 100% irrelevant that the man has dementia. When the officer is placed in than situation he needs to protect himself and constrain the person. Just because somebody is mentally I'll doesn't make them any less of a threat to the officer and without any audio we have no idea whether the witness informed the officer of the man's condition and what the officer said.

The reason there is no audio was he purposely tried to turn off the dash-cam and microphone, but was only able to turn off the mic. He has already been reprimanded for trying to turn off the dash-cam and microphone.

This cop placed himself in a dangerous situation by his actions.

The action of this cop by trying to turn off the dash-cam and microphone he was already looking to beat someone up. What is the reason for him to turn it off? Only one reason; that was to not be video/recorded beating someone up.

You can defend his actions all you want, but some cops are just ******* even if you cooperate. He was looking to mess someone up and that could have been you or me.

Since there is no audio, who knows. The cop could of asked the man to come over to where he is to explain what was happening and just kicked him once he got near.

Without audio the video is pretty much worthless. What did he do that police were even there to begin with? Just not enough here to draw any conclusions.
