I've been there too. And I will agree, that on the average you probably have a good % of them abusing power in one form or another. It's all about who the job attracts, not everyone is a hero.................

true. it seems that some cops are begging for the excuse to exert their authority. some are level headed, cautious people, while others are hot heads who enjoy the authority they have over people. it's like those teachers you had in elementary school who enjoy teaching for the sake of teaching, and those who liked being sarcastic and demeaning to the kids.
Did anyone listen to the video? That cop didnt even talk to that person like he was a human, its really sick. Also did anyone see that cop beat up that 15yr old in a holding cell? Ill see if i can find the video.

that's what i mean about abusing power. it was rediculous. he was looking for a fight. i always wondered what happened to bullies after middle school...i guess they are now wearing blue
