Anyone know of a source for Coppernose Bluegills in or that can ship small amounts to PA? They're not in any state waters and I can't find any hatcheries that will sell small quantities, the ones that do are in the south and won't ship to PA.

Great looking fish I love, caught a bunch in fl last June.....cool fish with distinctive mask and red fins, not found in the northern states....

Do you know any hatcheries that would ship to PA?

It never said that they were, but when I got them they were coppernose bluegills. I would assume that they only have coppernose since they are in florida where coppernose are native.

Ah. Makes sense. I'll probably order from them when I'm ready for the fish then. Do you have any pictures of yours that I could see how they turn out?

Florida has few subspecies of bluegills so coppernose isn't only subspecies in Florida.
