Corner/or tower tanks

Hi , I have a 22" by 22" by 25" high tank that was given to me. Its been running 12/3 and so far I have 3 Cory cats 3/4 to 1 " long , 3 Guppy's and 2 baby Angles nickle size in it . I want to put plants in it around Xmas time. I was thinking of getting 2 Cichlids not sure what ones? I'm wanting color ! Some Orange Flame Tetras ( how many? , Cherry Barbs ( how many?, and Black Neons ? it had some gravel in it to jump start it. I'm thinking. Can the Angels grow up with these fish? not sure of the type of angels they are but I do know they are raised here in town and all the fish stores have them , same size and all. they are white with black strips and brown spots I read these forums and read and read . And holly cow do this don't do that . HELP !! Please

You are better off choosing one type of the smaller fish so you can get a larger group. Angels are cichlids so they can get an attitude for sure. I generally treat my hex as half the actual size when stocking
