Corydora has White Bumps

Well i don"t have access to a microscope. i treated the tank for ich, it looks like its spreading.

Anyone else ever seen something similar to this? What would you recommend my next step should be?

Have you isolated the fish yet? If not, do it now just in case. This is very difficult to determine. If it were bacterial infection, I would be fussing over a combination of Maracyn and Maracyn 2, or Kanaplex.

What did you use to treat it for ich? I really don't think that's what it is. My bet is still with one of the Danios picking at him. It may've gotten irritated after that. But if that tank's been set up for 6 months with no additions whatsoever....then it's just not ich.

The Corys look starved. Their bodies should be rounded, but not huge. I can tell that they're not getting enough food. Are you feeding them, specifically? Or are you expecting them to glean enough from the bottom to survive? It's best to feed a couple of sinking pellets after lights-out to ensure they get food. Mine eat fine, but I feed frozen food, which sinks quickly. As for the bumps, it looks like fungus to me. Are you keeping them in the right temperature for the species? I'm not saying this is the case, but often Corydoras are sort of added as an afterthought, "cleaner fish", etc., but they need specific care, just like any other fish.

Edit: It's definitely not ich.
