Some of the nicest Fish stores in NY were bought out or went under. I am pretty sure its more a labor of love than a million $$$ idea now-a-days. Not everyone out there will drop real G's on black Rays and Such. And you have to sell a lot of guppies to pay for a mortgage. Good Luck in any venture you try however, just be careful!
