Costs of Salt Water for Massive Tank

Reclaiming can be done with various methods.
One common choice is to use freshwater to backwash with freshwater. One would need two large basins of equal size. Shut the system down and isolate the pumps/filters. Pull water from holding tank #1 and backwash the sandfiler, with the water returning to holding tank #2. Filter that with a smaller filter, and move it back to tank #1. Now a clean main sandfilter is set to go online with the main tank again.
I've also backwashed filters with tank saltwater into a holding. Once the waste water is in, hit it with ozone and move it to a second holding tank. Use the clean water from the second holding tank to top off the main fish tank after backwashing.
One of those 2 methods is how most large scale marine tanks are run.
