Could a Rhom get eaten...

Hmmmm. I wonder if you get an oscar, or some other fast growing fish, and a rhom at the same time and size, say about 3 inches, would the oscar probably try to eat the rhom after a year or two? If so, I guess you'd have to pick a rhom and it's tankmates pretty carefully.
 
I don't know if an oscar would eat the rhom, but if there was a size difference big enough, being that the rhoms do grow very slow, they may try to. The Rhom may end up killing the Oscar while they are young though. I know that if the oscar does not kill the rhom, as soon as the rhom can, it will kill the oscar

Really? I didn't know rhoms were that aggressive.
 
Yes, Rhoms are solitary predators in nature and do not typically accept any tankmates, they will be either eaten or killed.
