Could I keep these fish in a 10g?

Could I keep 3 black kuhlis and 4 neon tetras in a 10g? Could I also keep a frog or a dwarf gourami? Thanks.

Also, my pH is 5, and I know that is very acidic. I can't find any pH buffer like limestone and my lfstores unfortunately. I got a shell from florida. Would that raise a little pH, and how would I wash it?

Yes. I have a kuhli and 9 Neons in a 10G. They also have share it w/ 5 Zebra Danios, 3 Bleeding Heart Tetras, 2 DPs, and two assorted catfish. Oh yeah, and a pleco, and two cories.
 
put some crushed coral in it to bring up the PH.
 
Convict94-I can't find crushed coral, I can go find some other lfstores. Maybe they are in the saltwater section? Anyway, how much does it raise the pH to?

Druu-Are you sure dwarf frogs will eat neon tetras?

EDIT: groov, could you post a pic of your tank? That would be interesting to see.
 
no DWARF frogs will not eat you tetras... druu is thinking of african clawed frogs that get the size of your hand.

That's okay, thanks. But it would be cool if you could put up a full tank shot some time. I'm surprised the puffer hasn't killed the other fish! Aren't puffers aggressive?
