Could I keep 3 black kuhlis and 4 neon tetras in a 10g? Could I also keep a frog or a dwarf gourami? Thanks.

Also, my pH is 5, and I know that is very acidic. I can't find any pH buffer like limestone and my lfstores unfortunately. I got a shell from florida. Would that raise a little pH, and how would I wash it?

Thanks for answering all these questions :D
And a pH that low is fine for softwater species but no lower than 5 unless your fish are wild species of bettas, licorice, chocolate and samurai gouramis. What are your KH and GH? What test kit did you use?

no DWARF frogs will not eat you tetras... druu is thinking of african clawed frogs that get the size of your hand.
That is correct.:)

I've had hungry dwarf frogs choke to death on a cory. The cory was halfway out out of his mouth, but the african dwarf attacked it nonetheless

Not yet. I'm thinking of moving them into a diff tank when they start showing signs. I can always do a 30% WC on my 100G and fill up my empty 20G and 10G. Also, my 55G is an improv tank. It has the filters, substrate and heaters of the 10+20G. So, I could just get a heater and filter for the 55G and set up both of the smaller empty tank. Rule#67 of fish keeping: Always have a plan B :) And I don't plan on having any fish outgrow the tanks they're in (except for the Tbarbs, and the Balas in the 55G for dithers)

Sorry, but I don't have test kits for KH and GH. I use tetratest pH, and the pH is 5. Even if it is fine, I'd prefer to have it a bit higher, incase it drops for some reason.
