Did you add salt yet? Make sure it's Aquarium salt. I think adding salt will be the only way she won't die from infection

Salt, super clean water (water changes at least every other day). Hopefully you have her by herself. And have a heater cover or sump heater. She looks to me like she has been severely burned by an uncovered heater. Best of luck to ya man. Still curled like that?? If she's eating that is a great bonus and should give you some hope.

I added salt 1 tsp per 5 gallons. And she is in a 120 by her self. She is maybe 3 inches diameter.
