No. Peacocks wouldnt show that much color at a young age. The pattern looks to be a Taiwan Reef. They both also appear to be males, so I wouldnt keep them in the same tank when they mature. Pics of juvies and mature male and female.

Yep, Taiwan reef the red anal fin gives it away. Note I was definitely right on the Protomelas just not the sp. "Steveni Taiwan".
