Yes it is.. you can see it in the second picture in the upper right.. I was just showing that my tank is crowded all ready and need to get rid of the P soon

I would have to say he is a good 5 inches.. can't really tell he is really skittish.. even if I come close to the tank he runs

Really skittish because they are shoaling/schooling fish, they are very nervous when kept alone.
They are hardwired to believe that safety lies in numbers, he thinks he's at risk of being eaten any moment.

Well my little 3-4 inch oscar keeps biting him when he swims next to him lol.. but the 10 inch oscar leaves him alone
