Just did my daily water parameter check and I must give it up to TSS its effective and fast!

Personally I would leave it alone for now, at the most I would try adding epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to the tank water to help reduce any swelling or inflammation of tissue around the vent. Good luck.

I have her a 10minute epsom salt bath yesterday and did a 50% WC today and added salt according to the amount I took out because I have API Aquarium Salt in there from before and don't want to the water to be salty. Also am going to fast her for a few days. Hoping for the best

I agree with RD. Keep your treatments and keep the water clean. could resolve itself though her days of laying eggs might be over

Update: I'm so excited!!!! I woke up this morning and most of the prolapse has either retracted or either fell off and she ate it (I don't see it lying on the sand anywhere)

Good news. Yesterday morning the prolapse has completely went away! Thank you all again. It looks like she was trying to lay agains agai. The other day but we'll just have to wait and see! (Btw excuse he algae in the tank)
