Could this be a baby goldfish?

Hello,

Found this in my goldfish tank while changing the water. I have not been feeding any live food and my only recent introduction has been some pond weed.

if you seen only one, its probably not, if you had goldie fry's youll get alot of them.

They lay them by the hundreds though, it's probably just a tadpole as stated.
