A jag would be fine in the 120 for some time. He looks like my jag, who had a pretty crappy life, so he's stunted at the 9" range. But they can get pretty big.
If you do plan on getting him, I would make sure you have a quarantine tank, as it def seems like there is something going on with him (anal region.) Like someone said, epsom salt in the water should do the trick, but you would also want to treat for internal parasites.
I don't know about him with that catfish, and I don't know much about those walking cats.
