RTC is just over 4 months old and 14.5".
Cory Cat is around 3 years old, maybe 2"?

2 Plecs 6-7" ish - They are both "common's" but are different L#'s. The look is completely different up close.

As for the snails, I got 2 of those in with a plant and now have thousands even with 5 Clown Loaches munching on them all the time. The must be the fastest growing and breeding snails out there. Not sure what kind they are though.
 
Great pictures! I just bought the same camera.
Question: What setting did you use to get the full tank shot.
For some reason i cant figure out on how to not use the flash.
