Pic of my lent and my cincta. The lent was on a hungerstrike and is just starting to fill out again. Hope you enjoy.

That is a gorgeous lenticulata specimen. How old is it? Do you know if its male or female? Where did you get it? Do you have another thread with more pictures of your system? Sorry for the 20 questions. I'm very interested in the crenicichla family. Ive been keeping reefs for over a decade and am taking a break for a while. I'm just starting to do some research on these guys and would love to do a pair of lent's, xingu's or even marmorata's. I'd love some feedback.

I am not sure how old it is. I got it from another member here, PeanutPower. It is in a 8x2.5x3 450 gallon tank with 2 other pikes and a bunch of CA/SA cichlids. I will try to find a full tank shot.

Very nice pikes, thanks for sharing

Clint ~ Looking great buddy! Glad to see he is filling back in nicely for you. The cincta is looking stellar as well! Props! I need to come see your fish tanks some day fo shore! :D

Its about a year and a half old now. As to gender, its a male. He got it originally from me, but I got them from wetspotcx (Grey) on aquabid. They actually still home some for sale that are the same variant I believe, which is Rio Atabapo. Here is the link to the auction:

I don't want to steal any of Clints thunder, so I won't post any pictures of mine in here, but if you get a chance check out a few of the other threads in the Cren. Media Lounge. Tons of great pikes of pikes for sure! ;)

Jer's lents look tons better than mine because he kept his fed. LOL I tried to wean off of frozen and onto pellets. After a couple months I just gave up, but it was enough to put his development behind. I hope it will take off and turn out like Jer's.

Very nice. My 2 favorite pikes....
