They are so cool and color full I would try it myself if I knew they wouldnt try to bite me, but I supose its safe if you dont corner them Where you live and where are this guys from? I herd that in asia some are used as aro food and some MFK rescued them and kept them as pets! Are you one of thouse?

This species is from southern China, Korea and Japan as well as some parts of South-east Asia, presumably. Yeah they are sold as arowana food in fish stores over here, which isn't such a bad thing, because they're very cheap - SGD$1.60 a pop!

I find them awesome.. to look at. Not alot of things creep me out, but those centipedes that crawl out of the drain send a shiver down my spine. Because of them I don't think i could own one, but who knows, yours are so awesome looking i might just have to suck it up and get one.

I think their just excercising their legal right to post non offensive personal opinions.

Sorry man, as much as I personally like 'pedes inall, not everybody will like your centipedes. And you won't always get positive comments about them. I keep 12 Tarantulas and most people I meet have nothing but bad words to say about them. I accept their opinions politely and move on. They are allowed to dislike them as much as I like them.

And judging by most of your posts I've read so far, you need to understand that.

Stop flaming everybody who makes a light hearted comment about them.

Two things.

Firstly, I don't flame "everyone who makes a comment about my pedes". If you read my threads, I always thank people for their compliments.

Secondly, it wasn't a "light-hearted comment" on xiahaolong's part - he called my pet centipedes "disgusting". That is an offensive comment.
