Right now they are are on a little bit of everything. Hikiari Cichlid Gold pellets, krill, ghost shrimp now and then, frozen brine, frozen beefheart, these pigs will eat anything.

Most of your fish are vegitarians. Be very careful feeding them some of this stuff, especially the beefheart. They will be very susceptible to getting bloat and dying of they eat too much of this stuff.

All you need is New Life Spectrum for these guys.

yea, i lost the rock krib to bloat a little while ago and i realized my mistake, But i forgot to add that i use NLS alot acutally, probably 75% of their diet. But i am alot more careful or what i feed. Thanks for your concern though

Heres an updated list on my food stuffs: NLS cichlid formula, Spirulina enhanced Frozen Brineshrimp, Frozen Cichlid Delight, Frozen Beefheart, Hikari Sinking Carnivore, Hikari Algae Wafers.
