I got one saterday its about 6 inches and eats out of my hand. Any tips for these guys not a lot of literature about them. Also as a side note anyone have experience with cigar sharks?
Is it a marble sleeper goby (Oxyoleotris Marmorata)? I have one. Here are some observations: Pretty tolerant of water conditions. Watch with bichirs: He tried to eat my albino senegalus. Eyesight is poor; easily startled. Get sharp things out of the tank. I see him doing a head down in the plants or even off the back of the filter intake when he gets nervous. Wish I had more to tell you. Gets about 2 feet supposedly. Mine has been pretty slow growing thankfully. Not really aggressive, but will definitely eat whatever he can fit in his big trapdoor mouth.
