Coworker has left fish in bag for DAYS!!!!

I doubt it.You cant get het to care about the animals I doubt a bunch of strangers thinking she is a bad person is going to matter to her.Just dont talk fish with her, itll just make you nuts.Just buy her tank for $10 at the garage sale next summer after she kills a few more fish and be done with it.

yeah true. what sucks is that she has a really nice tank. she got a 150g acrylic with stand and canopy for practically free, its an awesome tank. maybe ill get it cheap off her when she decided fishkeeping isnt for her :naughty:
 
Just tell her it's not that difficult. She can find an old rubbermaid around the house and just put them in there for a little bit. Of course, that's not ideal, but it's definitely preferable to keeping them in the bag.
 
for that matter-why not just walk up to the first kid you see anywhere-and say,"here kid-have a nice day"The kids parents may not be to happy but I bet they get taken care of.
 
You can use the analogy of parents leaving kids locked in cars in hot weather. The concept is the same. Depending on size you could also ask to take them away for feeders if you have predatory fish. Since she's just going to let them die, why let them go to waste.

I have to agree with this. I know someone who has a 90g in wall aquarium as the backdrop to their outside bar. Every year he just buys new fish, and they die off in the winter when it gets too cold. (or not fed.) Can't try to talk to him, it's just a fish tank, and they don't matter.

Put her in a bag full of her own piss and poop and see how she likes it,at the very least you'll save her the money she is about to waste on that Kirby.
