Well I found out that an new piece of glass is 255$ and to hire a guy to come out and pick it up take it fix it an bring it back. 400$ plus gas and he lives in Tampa ( 1 hr 45 min) so in looking at almost at 1000$ and the guy won't even help fix it or pay a dime ;( . And for that price I can buy another tank. And I don't have any more money to fix it so I guess it'll have to sit outside for a couple month till I get 1000$. So I guess I'm stuck with a broken tank outside.

Correct me if im wrong, but can't you drill holes at the ends of the crack to prevent it from growing and then silicone a patch to the outside while filling the drilled holes with silicone.

Maybe get away with that on steel, but I wouldn't trust it with a 2000 LBS+ pushing down on it.

If I did the fix above with grade 50 steel in California where I live it would be around 250-325. Where you are it might be cheaper espeically if you get scrap or leftovers from construction sites.
