Cracked tank???

I would pass on this tank, theres lot of good deals on use tanks that are not damage.think of all that water on you floor and dead fish.

Yeah that thought crossed my mind quite a few times, and I have never dealt with replacing glass before so the thought scares me.

I have a 60-gallon sump that developed a crack across the bottom glass, and I repaired it the way Rottbo did. It's been 6 months already and it still holds water. However, do consider replacing the whole pane, especially if you have expensive fish. Better to err on the side of caution.

Lots of good answers and experience here. Not so sure about the sound byte for acryics though.
