0208181815a.jpg So I got some cheap aquarium but they look like they are really sun damaged are they safe they held water for a few days and I am planning some clean up of minor scratches but should I worry about the seal 0208181815a.jpg

I have tanks with those lines which I sort of think of as stress marks rather than cracks. IMO look closely at the seam not the pane. A good water test is probably all that's needed.

Look at the seams where the panels are welded together. If you see a bubble that is filled with dried out white water stains then I would be worried about the seams splitting. The stress cracks are common in acrylic aquariums, and the aquariums themselves can last for years on end with those cracks.

it is called "crazing". Many tanks have it and it is typically because of thinner wall material being used. Not a whole lot anyone can do about it but not the end of the tank if the panels have no separation. Be very sure to level the stand you put that on and properly support it.

Thank you all for the vote of confidence. I think I am going to brace it and hope for the best

Yes. See the picture. Basically pick up a few of those and use Weldon 4 to add them along all the seams. Make sure you buy the 90/45/45 degree triangles so they weld in flush
