Hence the species name "ocellatus"+1 I also think its jus a tiger oscar without alot of orange coloration. And isnt every oscar is supposed to have an eyespot!?!

If that's rare then my local petsmart is sitting on a goldmine. They have 100+ oscars with no coloration for like 4.99

No they don't look like that one. Although they lack the orange markings like this one, they are generally a dull grey charcoal color, not jet black like this one
