Oh boy, I've just found some brand new tanks (photos are of PetCo tanks) for a lot more than the dollar per gallon price - I wonder how many people will get taken. Example: 40 gallon breeder for $75. 38 gallon for $65.

No, no - that's what I'm saying - they are buying the tanks at PetCo for a dollar per gallon, and re-selling them for those prices, as-is, still in the cardboard they are wrapped in - nothing else. See the humor yet ?
nope, no humor. it's called business, nothing new about another middleman trying to get in on the profits. it's been around so long I wouldn't be surprised to find out the Neanderthals invented it.
