Craigslist; BIG aquarium for sale!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
OMG! How about rehouse the RTC?!?!? Here we go again. I bet ya it was a impulse buy. ;) I would also bet to say he has no clue of how big they get or even where they are from.

Totally sent the RTC guy a friendly invite to come check out the web site. Didn't say a thing about tank size (it was really hard) just said we where a group of fish keepers that keep large fish such as his RTC and he should come check us out. Unfortunately he will probably get flamed and not gain a thing by coming here but at least I can say I tried.

I was cruising Craigslist in search of catfish and stumbled across your listing. Your catfish will outgrow a 125g. I keep a few monster cats. The largest inexpensive way to do it is a pool. Redtail cats achieve 20" in the first year, and 40" in five years. Join monsterfishkeepers.com. Lots of good information. Good luck with him, they are great fish.

Lol, good job Red-Man. I sent him that^ text last week.

125 is vast and can store large volume if water.
Here I know someone who is planning to breed rtc in 5 gallon tanks. ;)

LMAO not going to lie I felt bad keeping two 3-4 feet RTC in a 500 gallon or so tank. I was deathly afraid of them getting hungry and eating my 36" arow lol

I am sure there is already a thread for these crazy CL ads but I couldn't find it. This is a big one! Will probably take a couple of guys to load onto a trailer.

I was expecting a real ad...I was thinking over 1,000 gallons

My very first tank was a 20. So, even in the beginning...I didn't consider it too huge but shortly after I got a 55 and thought it was pretty big.

It's very rare to find normal pricing on used aquarium hardware on my local CL. People ask retail or higher.
