btw, craigslist exists in the UK also, I dunno if they guy was joking tho

I just looked and you're right! It does cover the UK but there are no listing for auariums, fish and the like. The hobby must not be popular enough.

On the upside i am now the proud owner of the Eheim 2260....... and it only cost £63

Just search "fish tank" or "aquarium", there is no specific fish section.

aquarist-classfields is great, I check it daily and have picked up some real bargains. I got a Ehiem 2080 for £100 a couple of weeks ago and it was in mint condition. I think Gumtree is the UK equivalent to craigslist.
