Craigslist tank - Good deal?

id get it, its a good deal and comes with plenty of equipment. The tank looks to be the same size as my 100g, which is 5'-18"-2'.
 
I guess that depends on what you consider a good deal....
 
It depends alot on where you live and how often you see deals on craigslist. Huh WyldFya? I bet it's easy to find deals in SoCal, etc where people sell huge tanks everyday for next to nothing.

I see alot of good deals on craigslist, like crummy 120 wides, old 90gs, 80's style brown 55's for cheap.. I pass on good deals all the time.

Heres why I like this deal;

Acrylic, 6'
Matching Stand and Canopy w/ PC lighting
Overflow
Wet/Dry
Rio Pump
Berlin Skimmer
Jardini, Ornate Bichir

The combination of those things are worth it for me..

I don't need FISH JUNK. I have a fish room FULL of fish junk. I am going to gut this tank any re-do it anyways. I don't need extra crap, just the highlighted above.

:) I just look at it as 'easy upgrading'.. I throw in 'Fish Junk' for when I sell set-ups and make my money back.

What's the going rate for a Jardini? :) you tell me. We will have to see how big it is first..

Around here, that is a killer deal. We have people down here trying to sell off 55s for $400, and 10 gallon hexes for $100.
 
I agree with WyldFya !!! Here in seattle area they have crazy prices on whole setups too. Sounds like a deal to me.... Go for it !!
 
Looks like a good deal to me, and would be a good deal here in Colorado. Seems most the "really good deals" don't come with a quality canopy and stand. Looks like a 125g to me though 72 x 18 x 22
