Check into the local laws. You might have a legal case against them. I personally am not into suing but, I do believe that you have your rights as an employee and if they are not granting you time off.... It sounds like they are not treating you right. Are you a paid employee and they take taxes out or do they 1099 you? Another option is to find other work and either go or have them match or beat your new rate. Thats to bad. It is so hard to find good employees and it sounds like your a good employee.
