Unhealthy males are rejected by females, being that this animal is an mbd candidate, I doubt he will be able to muster the energy taken to mount the female. The female also has to be ovulating in order for her to be receptive to the male. Just put a piece of egg crate to separate the two dragons in the enclosure if you want some piece of mind.
