my little aro got ick too some weeks ago.
just make some water change untill 100%, in 3 days, and add some salt (sal grosso - salt in rocks - sorry, don't remember in english).,
in a week the ick has gone, changed the water again, and now it's fine.

Almost over... the last few sores are coming off....... but this is the worst time anyway.
So it should be done by tomorrow give or take.

don't worry, ich is slow to kill your fish and easy to treat. Bump your temperature higher, 86-88F.
