One more idea for photos.
You may want to dry off the back of the tank. Also dry off the background.
Then put a thin layer of olive oil on your background and stick it to the glass like that.
Just use a squigie (sp?) to smooth out any bubbles and the oil will hold up the background by itself. (you can use tape too)
That way you can have the bright blue effect that the wetness creates when it makes the background stick against the glass, but it will be uniform across the back with no air bubbles.
