Any of you keep australian blue lobsters or crayfish with bichers?

i dont think its the best combo. pretty sure there would be some kind of conflict. bichirs would probably get some damage

I have heard of this combo either the bichir gets attacked and damaged or killed or the crayfish molts and is killed-Anne

any crayfish really should be kept in a species only tank or with fish you don't care about

i agree plus $20 for a blue crawfish at petco is crazy

My 5" royal blue cray was MEAN (but awsome) he would not stang for eel shaped things. ate the head of my bicher after he killed it. bichers, dragonfish, even a farowella because it was long and skinny like an eel

Keep crayfish on their own if you don't want damage done to your fish

I got 2 crayfish and they're w/ 2 chinese hi fins, 7 assorted goldfish. They have their caves and never bothered anyone. Everytime i feed my goldies, they would eat w/ them.

I wouldn't do it. Crayfish are opportunistic feeders that won't hesitate to attack a bicher given the right time.

My bichirs blast crayfish all day. However my smallest bichir is a 10 in congicus. My largest are two 20 inchers(endlicheri,ornate).
