I just caught 3 crayfish in the creek behind my house and are in a 40 gallon with some clam things I found in the creek. I fed the crayfish minoes which they ate quickly but they have stopped eating today. I have made tons of caves out of rock from the river and i use the substrate from the creek itself. The crays are about 4 inches long.

that is awesome. i have a creek behind my house, but i don't have the supplies to set up a crayfish tank for now. if you are concerned about their appetite, don't worry, they will be a little stressed and they will eat when the want to. be carefull when they molt, because they will eat each other. good luck!!
i have some in a feeder tank don't feed them things like hotdogs try any normal pellet they will eat soon don't worry also they like a little green in there diet so if theres any type of plant in the tank it will get shredded
